Welcome To EDS-Kids
EDS Kids is a support group and community dedicated to helping children and young adult who suffer from chronic pain resulting from illnesses and genetic conditions like Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and Fibromyalgia. Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS for short) is a genetic connective tissue disorder which primarily causes chronic joint pain and joint dislocations. EDS Kids is a community dedicated to helping not only sufferers of EDS but their family and friends too.

Hi!
Well.. I'm Roosa, a 16 years old girl from Finland, northern-Europe. I have EDS 3, migraine, kyphosis and undiagnosed IBS. I'm quite positive person and try to live fully but isn't always easy.
I go to Music High School and I like reading, music, dancing, swimming (even I can't do it really well anymore because of EDS), coaching swimming, travelling, talking to people etc.
My mothertongue is Finnish and my English isn't perfect, but I hope you don't mind.
I know most of you already but I just wanted to say hello after a long time.

Hi! Sorry that I haven't been here for a while. I had a terrible flue. And right now it's hard to write because I have weird pain in my fingers.. Last night I woke up many times and couldn't move my fingers at all, they were straight and 'locked'.. I have had that before but never that bad. I'm wondering is that just subluxation and part of EDS..
How are you Brittany?
