Welcome To EDS-Kids
EDS Kids is a support group and community dedicated to helping children and young adult who suffer from chronic pain resulting from illnesses and genetic conditions like Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and Fibromyalgia. Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS for short) is a genetic connective tissue disorder which primarily causes chronic joint pain and joint dislocations. EDS Kids is a community dedicated to helping not only sufferers of EDS but their family and friends too.

important Hey Everyone!
I have been active lately the past few nights, so...so far I am keeping my promise of trying to stay more active on here.

My back and knees have been killing me lately, and my doctor advised me to pretty much be on bed rest and do minimal physical labor to help with my knee pain... but didn't help me manage it. He just told me to take the VERY LITTLE dosage of pain medicine I have, and to do heat and ice. I also have Ascepers Heat Cream to put on it too, that does help quite a bit.

But with my knees and back hurting so bad, especially at night, I like to sit in my chair, and wind down after a long day and read my email, check EDSkids, and my Facebook.

So anyways. We need to figure out how to get all of our members ACTIVE again!

I hope all of you have been well, and I keep all of you in my prayers ALL the time!




PS- The form to fill out for anyone interested in becoming an EDSkids Administrator will be posted within the next two hours for anyone interested in applying for the job!

Brittany, I just wanted to tell you that you are doing a phenomenal job with things! I love the new background and logo! I'm sorry I stepped down as admin, I miss being your working buddy but I felt like it was the right thing. We know how that turned out LOL . Anyway, you are doing a great job and hope to talk to you soon!

I have an idea of something we could do that may spark some activity...will PM you about it!
