Ah. Good ol' school. I'll be starting back at college for this semester on Sunday.. Yuck. And you probably should have gotten fluids. Have you tried drinking gatorade or taking salt tablets. They help me A LOT.

"some of us are just trying to get through the day without falling apart."
A good friend is a connection to life - A tie to the past, a road to the future, the key to sanity in a totally insane world.
I drink about a quart of gatorade every day or two. I drink an insane amount of gatorade.
And my mom now says that she will only take me to the ER if it is life-threatening. She took my brother-in-law to the ER last week for migraines that caused him to pass out. He waited 5 hrs, was given headache medicine and a bag of fluids. She is being completely irrational about it and won't listen to reason. I quote, "ERs exist only to 'bag em and tag em'. They don't care. I will only take you to the ER if you have a bone sticking out of your skin. Nothing less." And this apparently applies to ALL ERs. I told her that I know an EDSer in Canada who has POTS, and she always goes to the same ER. Of some 5-6 ER visits, only 1 or 2 were bad experiences, but that was only because of the team on staff at the time. She replied with, "I'm not taking you to Canada to go to the ER."
What she doesn't know is that I want and am half-planning to move to Toronto (the same place as this EDSer and several other "bendies", as they call themselves there) when I graduate. There's a great University 90 minutes outside of Toronto which could be a good fit for me. Plus, in Canada, healthcare is free. And I'm pretty tired of the US and its politics and view of the world. I'm not doing this by myself- my sister and her fiance want to go. They are quite seriously considering it. And now I am too.
