Anyone know good hip surgeons? (In the US, east coast..)

I am not sure if he does hips or not, but he is a GREAT surgeon and he does knee replacements. His name is Dr. (Mark?) Blue in Maryland! I think he goes under the Maryland Orthopedics Group! Hope that helps!
