Help at school

Does anyone have any help at school from teachers to get through incredibly hard times/days. My teacher is currently looking into so some support systems to help me at school, just wondered if anyone else had any ideas of what we can do?

Hope you're okay Sophie! My teacher has been fantastic, just a bit stuck for ideas though- suppose she kind of makes up for the ones that treat you like you're not even a human...
