Hi guys :D
I know I'm not entirely new, but this is the first chance I've had to come on here.
So I suppose I am new.

I'm Aimee.
I'm fifteen years old, and I live in England.
Although I prefer to call it Whaleland.

& Erm, I'm not really sure what else there is to say.

Ohyeah. I know that no one probably wants to hear my little rant.
But I have decided to come on here and vent my sadness/anger/annoyance.

Okay so I got some new ankle boots, which was an order from the hospital.
Only they're completely hideous.
Because my school is a uniformed school and boots are not in the dress code, everybody stares at me.
And whispers about me behind my back. Oh, and laugh at me.
A few people come up and ask why I'm wearing the boots, and I explain to them, but they just look at me like I'm a freak and walk off.
I wanted to be a sneak and wear the boots to school, but bring a change of shoes, but then I realised that isn't going to help my feet get better.
I'm just so annoyed and upset.

Eesh, your ankle boots sound horrible. I hope you figure something out.
Although people might look at you at school, you should wear them, because if you don't you're still going to be hurting in the long run either emotionally or physically. So in my suggestion, I'd wear the boots to help yourself and WHO CARES if people think you're weird. It's not your fault you have to wear them. Hey, think of it this way, it's a fashion statement that no one else is priveledged enough to wear!:wink

I think it's similar with idk. any sort of brace. I wear so many braces on a typical day that my name in the world is now Robocop. I used to be in a wheelchair, so People often spoke behind my back, but I ignored them. I don't attend full school anymore, I'm home bound, but Try to somehow make themn funny. or decorate them. I decorated my hip spikas, and everyone loved them. The power of sharpies.
