I have to have a limited amount of caffeine, otherwise I can't breathe properly and get aching pains in my chest.
Does anyone else have this?

I've noticed that with certain sources of caffeine (diet sodas, plain coffee with cream and sugar), I feel strange, but not like that. Mine make me jittery and like I want to jump out of my skin. It's really hard to explain, but it's almost like you're shaking, but when you look down to see if you are, you're not. It's also kind of like your insides itch and there's no way to scratch them. Strangely enough, tea, regular sodas, chocolate, and mixed coffee drinks (cappuccinos, mochas, hot chocolate, chocolate frappuccinos) don't affect me in the same way.

I have a few similar things to you, I feel shaky but I definitely don't get the energy buzz. I sometimes get really panicky too :/

I have not noticed these effects on myself, Sophie! I use to be a caffeine addict. But I rarely drink anything caffeinated anymore.. and when I stopped, I crashed & burned! The only thing I noticed about drinking things with caffeine was that I became jittery, sometimes hyper, and it kept me awake at night and I used the bathroom more frequently then I used too!

I can relate to the sleeping problem! I can't have any caffeine after 6pm :|
